Visit the elephant conservation centre to learn about rescued orphaned elephants, their rehabilitation and conservation work, then continue to the Giraffe Centre to learn about the endangered Rothschild’s giraffe. Day 01 :
08:00 AM – Nairobi Hotel Pickup
Meet your guide at your hotel and depart for the day's conservation experience. Your guide will introduce the day's schedule and provide background on Nairobi's wildlife conservation initiatives.
Day 01 :
09:00 AM – Arrival at Elephant Conservation Centre
Arrive in time for the scheduled visitor experience. Learn about rescued elephants, their rehabilitation, veterinary care and the long-term goal of returning suitable animals to protected wild habitats.
Day 01 :
10:00 AM – Elephant Orphan Presentation
Attend the visitor session and observe the young elephants as they are cared for by their keepers. Listen to stories about individual rescues and the challenges involved in raising orphaned elephants.
Day 01 :
11:00 AM – Transfer to Giraffe Centre
Travel to the Giraffe Centre and receive an introduction to the conservation programme protecting the endangered Rothschild's giraffe.
Day 01 :
11:30 AM – Giraffe Centre Experience
Use the elevated viewing platform to observe giraffes at close range. Where permitted, participate in the supervised feeding experience and learn about giraffe behaviour, breeding and conservation.

01:00 PM – Lunch Break
Enjoy lunch at your own arrangement at a suitable nearby restaurant or return toward the city, depending on the selected excursion arrangements.
Day 01 :
02:00 PM – Nairobi Return
Continue back through Nairobi and arrive at your hotel. The remainder of the afternoon is free for personal activities, concluding the one-day excursion.
